DIPLOMATE IN CHIROPRACTIC CRANIOCERVICAL JUNCTION PROCEDURES (DCCJP)
Dr. Elder is one of fewer than 100 chiropractic neck specialists in the world, and the only one in West Texas.
Like medicine, chiropractic has specializations. This allows chiropractors to go beyond the day-to-day injuries of the general population and address complex spinal conditions and chronic illnesses. To be qualified to be called a “specialist” in Texas, there are stringent regulations administered by the state.
The DCCJP is a post doctoral specialization program designed for upper cervical Doctors of Chiropractic who wish to advance their diagnostic, analytical, and clinical skills. The program includes 300+ hours of classroom instruction, conducting research and demonstrating content knowledge on exams.
The program is overseen by the Council on Upper Cervical Care of the International Chiropractic Association.

"Dr. Elder has helped me so much"
I have suffered from Ménière’s disease for many years now. My dizzy (vertigo), episodes, what I call them, have been so bad that I have lost my hearing on my right side. Now my left ear is starting to lose hearing as well....Dr. Elder has helped me so much.
Since seeing him I have not experienced any episode’s. My head used to feel so heavy where it just bothered me so much, all that is gone. My hearing is non repairable but what I do have has remained in tact and has not diminished. Dr. Elder has drastically improved my quality of life and my only regret is not finding him sooner.

"I'm 100% a believer now"
I can't give enough praise to this place...This is the first place to take my pain seriously and Dr. Cobb has rid me of my constant pain and constant headaches that I've had for over 20 years.
I'm still in the middle of treatments and I've already seen so much change and have hardly any pain. I was skeptical at first but I'm 100% a believer now.

I began coming to Dr. Elder almost 4 months ago for neck & shoulder pain...
I’m feeling much better, almost pain-free since the time I began. The money spent has been worth it because of the progress made. I highly recommend Dr. Elder & appreciate what he’s done for me.

"I waited 40 years to be pain free"
I hurt my back and neck in an oilfield accident some 40 years ago. I lived with the pain, suffered through the opioids and muscle relaxers until I switched over to natural remedies...
I waited 40 years to be pain free and it's glorious! Learning how to live and walk pain free is something I wasn't sure would ever happen again. Thank you, Dr. Elder and your incredible staff for giving me my life back!!
