Dr. Gerald Kirk II Background & Bio

Dr. Gerald Kirk II, DC,​ is an associate chiropractor at the original Blair Chiropractic Clinic in Lubbock, Texas. He moved to Lubbock in October of 2025 to pursue mastery in the Blair Upper Cervical Technique, which he first encountered as a patient while in chiropractic school. 

​

Dr. Kirk absolutely loves caring for people personally, recognizing that every individual is built uniquely and deserves a unique approach to their chiropractic treatment. His healthcare interests are all things gut health, autoimmune disease and  disc herniations. Due to his own personal experience with Crohn's disease, he is an advocate for Blair Chiropractic not only as a healthcare provider, but as a patient as well.

DR. KIRK'S CAREER

​

Prior to his chiropractic career Dr. Kirk had a successful career as a water and wastewater treatment specialist, holding 7 different licenses. Due to his own experience with autoimmune disease, he pivoted his career path towards a healthcare oriented field in order to improve his health as well as the health of others.

 

After receiving a Blair adjustment Dr. Kirk was inspired to learn the technique for himself and met Dr. Elder as an instructor while in chiropractic school. After graduating Dr. Kirk moved to Staunton, Virginia to work as an associate in a full spine chiropractic clinic focusing on disc herniations using the COX technique.

 

While working there he continued his pursuits into Upper Cervical Chiropractic, and received his certification in the Blair technique in October 2024.

 

Since arriving in Lubbock in October 2025, he has been able to hone his skills in the Blair Upper Cervical Technique to serve the Lubbock community . 

 

HOBBIES AND COMMUNITY SERVICE

In addition to his professional activities, Dr. Kirk enjoys doing community stretch workshops, watching Philadelphia Eagles football, and a large succulent and cacti collection.
